Payment	Terms agreed per order; standard deposit + balance before shipment for first orders.
Trade terms	EXW Shenzhen default; FOB Shenzhen on request. Local import duties and VAT are the buyer's responsibility.
NDA	Mutual NDA signed before BOM detail, engineering files or custom firmware scopes are shared.

What is the MOQ for OEM orders?

MOQ varies by model and customisation type: bare units are lower, while private-label logo, packaging, boot screen and firmware changes carry higher minimums. We quote exact MOQs against a selected model rather than one generic number.

What can be customised?

Logo and bezel, boot screen and UI colour, packaging and manuals, language firmware, bundled mounts or accessories, and — at volume — selected hardware and I/O configurations.

How long does an OEM project take?

After artwork and spec sign-off, logo/packaging customisation is typically the fastest; firmware and hardware changes take longer. We provide a timeline with the formal quotation.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. We can sign a mutual NDA before sharing BOM details, engineering files or custom firmware scopes.
