Projector Sourcing exists because B2B buyers were being served either by trading companies reselling an undifferentiated catalogue, or by factories that disappeared after the deposit. We chose the narrower, harder path: a focused projector line, named engineering support and documentation that survives a customs file or a government tender.

We do not try to win on the cheapest possible unit. We win when a buyer reorders the same spec two years later — because the BOM was locked, the quality held and the certification matched what was promised.
